Setzt Deutschland erneut auf die menschenrechtsverletzende Familienjustiz und  Jugendämter ?

United Nations. Resolution ohne Deutschland. Erneut Macht für Familienjustiz und Jugendämter ?

New York. Am 25. Juni 2014 hat der Menschenrechtsrat der UNO eine Resolution zur Stärkung der Familie verabschiedet.

26 Pro-Stimmen, 6 Enthaltungen, 14 Contra ( darunter auch Deutschland ! ).

Rechtsanwalt Saschenbrecker: „Das Interessante ist, dass Deutschland als einziges Land die Ablehnung damit begründete, auch in den Familien käme Gewalt vor.“ Wird damit erneut die Macht der Familienjustiz und Jugendämter gestärkt ? Oder kann in Deutschland ein durchschlagender Plan vorgelegt werden, wie Gewalt in Familien aufgelöst werden kann – zum Schutz der Kinder ?
